I don’t remember the insurance company but I had submitted a claim via mail, fax and electronic numerous times. The timely filing deadline was 4 days away and they kept claiming they “never received the claim and did not have it on file” ….. so I faxed the claim to the 2 direct fax numbers I had 30 times each until the insurance called me, “Natalie we have the claim please stop faxing it over” I said “great I expect it processed and paid in 14 days”. We got it paid! Hahahaha. Don’t tell me you don’t have my claim on file, I will make sure you do!
