Dental Billing
The amount of work to send claims, post EOBs, appeal denied claims, and keep your over ninety days insurance accounts receivables at a minimum is variable depending on how many patients you service monthly. The fee for our services is variable depending on what is collected from insurance. The following payment schedule applies for all single-location offices. Custom pricing is given for all multi-site or dental service organizations.
Small
$1,377/month per location, per month
If the office’s insurance collections are under $40,000/month, the fee for this service is $1,377/month.
Medium
3.50%/month of insurance collections per location, per month
If the office’s insurance collections are between $40,000 and $100,000/month, the fee for this service is 3.50% of the total insurance collections.
Large
3.00%/month of insurance collections per location, per month
When the office’s insurance collections are between $100-150,000/month, the first $100k is invoiced at 3.50% and the amount over $100k is invoiced at 3.00%.
Enterprise
2.50%/month of insurance collections per location, per month
When the office’s insurance collections are over $150k/month, the first $100k is invoiced at 3.50%, the amount from $100-150k is invoiced at 3.00%, and the amount over $150k is invoiced at 2.50%.

Is there a contract for your services?
There are no long-term contracts required. All eAssist service agreements are month-to-month.
Who are you outsourcing to?
We work with independent dental specialists from across who have decided to use our platform. Each passes rigorous vetting and has several years of experience within dental practices.
How long does it take to start?
Start time will vary depending on each dental practice. We custom select a team for your office based on several important factors to provide the best results possible, although you always have the ability to modify your team. We get you started as soon as possible without compromising quality.
Is my data secure?
HIPAA compliance is our top concern when working with your office. We provide HIPAA secure connections and work directly on your computers through remote work. No patient data is ever stored on our computers, it stays within your office.
Can you handle my appeals?
Yes, that is part of our dental billing platform.
How much time will my in-house team need to dedicate to eAssist?
10-15 minutes a day, that is all. Our platform and network of specialists take care of the rest!
Does eAssist replace my office manager?
We do not replace any staff- rather our services take the burden of dental billing from their plate. It will free up time for them to focus on patients and the office staff.
