Who We Are
eAssist Dental Solutions was founded by Dr. James Anderson and Sandy Odle, two respected leaders in the dental industry who shared a common vision: to simplify the business side of dentistry so dental professionals can focus on what matters most – their patients.
Drawing on his firsthand experience as a dentist and practice owner, Dr. Anderson understood the frustrations of navigating insurance claims, collections, and cash flow management. With her extensive background in dental business operations, Sandy recognized how those same challenges affected staff morale and overall practice efficiency.
Together, they set out to build a smarter, more supportive solution designed to help practices overcome administrative burdens and thrive.
What began as a solution to relieve dental teams from the burden of insurance billing has evolved into the nation’s leading provider of specialized services for the dental industry, supporting over 3,000 practices nationwide. Today, under the leadership of CEO Rhett Burnham, the company continues to build on that founding vision through innovative solutions such as Copilot, which combines AI technology with human expertise to help dental practices grow stronger and operate with greater confidence.
From insurance billing and coding guidance to credentialing, PPO fee negotiation, and group purchasing and rebate programs, eAssist empowers dental practices to operate with confidence and efficiency.
