I have been working with eAssist for over a year now, and I am so impressed! Obviously getting reimbursed for your service is really important, especially in the beginning. Our eAssist team has been so helpful – super timely as far as getting pre-approvals back, and logging reimbursements; implementing systems for us; communicating with my front staff almost daily about patient records and adjustments and things like that. In weekly meetings they go over any kind of insurance things that we’re missing, or odd things that have happened that we’re not getting paid for.

They’ve caught errors that we’re doing from an insurance standpoint, and they’re making sure I’m doing everything correctly.

Insurance is a challenging thing to navigate. The expertise that is provided through eAssist made the insurance process a lot easier. If you're trying to employ one full-time person to do nothing but manage dental claims, that becomes very onerous — and it takes away from delivering the optimal patient experience.

If not for eAssist, I would be looking for ways to try to move out of facilitating insurance. Now it's something we can continue to provide for our patients, and they really appreciate it.
