I have been working with eAssist for over a year now, and I am so impressed! Insurance is a challenging thing to navigate. The expertise that is provided through eAssist made the insurance process a lot easier. If you’re trying to employ one full-time person to do nothing but manage dental claims, that becomes very onerous — and it takes away from delivering the optimal patient experience.
If not for eAssist, I would be looking for ways to try to move out of facilitating insurance. Now it’s something we can continue to provide for our patients, and they really appreciate it.
