I was a cosmetic dentist and practice owner for 25 years. During that time, I owned 2 very different practices. My first practice was a large, 10-chair space with 12 team members in addition to the doctors.

My second practice was a small, boutique, cosmetically-based, 100% fee-for-service & insurance independent office. I built that as a scratch practice so I also have a great feel for how to quickly scale a brand-new practice.

I sold my last practice in 2017 because I had 3 back surgeries and didn’t want to have a 4th! I earned my MBA and then started coaching and consulting dental practice owners. I love my second career as much as I loved practicing because I help people improve their lives every day!

I totally get the challenges that dental practice owners face because I lived that, every day, for 25 years. With my advanced training in business, communication, and leadership skills, I’m able to help my doctors grow into becoming the CEO and true leader of their practice. And with my team of coaches, we are able to help support and grow the team so they have an ownership mentality and take accountability for what they do, and how they “show up” every day.
