Patrycja DeGradi is the Chief Operating Officer of eAssist Dental Solutions, Inc. With over 23 years of experience in the dental industry, Patrycja brings a breadth of expertise spanning dental leadership, clinical training, dental assisting, business development, and practice management — serving organizations that range from small private practices to large multi-location and multi-specialty groups. Patrycja holds a Master of Science in Biology, along with multiple leadership and business certifications from Harvard Business School. She is also bilingual, further enhancing her ability to lead and connect with diverse teams and client populations.
