Jessica started her journey into dentistry as a hygienist but quickly discovered her passion for billing and management. She loved seeing a practice grow and accomplish goals they had set, and even better she wanted loved to guide them to get the desired results. That is when she decided to apply for eAssist. She says, “ I loved the opportunity to work with a large range of offices in different scales. I especially liked the flexibility to work from home where I could be more available to my youngest daughter who has had many medical hurdles to overcome. I no longer have to face the difficult decision in the morning of whether or not to send her to daycare when I know in my heart she needs to stay home because she isn’t feeling well.”
She has now been with the eAssist team for a little over a year. Her favorite part is helping her teammates and working with practices to help them grow and realize their potential. An interesting fact about Jessica is she is a Breast Cancer survivor and has been in remission for 6 years!! Jackie, an eAssist Team Leader, has nothing but praise for Jessica. “I have her on multiple offices in my region and she is always a go-getter. She has taken time for the doctors one on one to help them understand their practice management software. She recently stepped in and has been assisting the offices with the SBA loans. Jessica leads the teams in communication and is always helping other SC’s when they are in need.
