With extensive experience in specialty dental operations, referral development, practice management, and patient experience, Mani helps practices turn fragmented referral processes into structured systems that create stronger connections between referring providers, specialists, and patients.
Mani specializes in reducing referral leakage through strategic referral development, communication optimization, patient journey enhancement, and provider relationship management. Her work helps practices improve referral retention, case acceptance, patient satisfaction, and long-term growth.
