I have taken over 39 years of small business experience to speak at conferences, conventions, study clubs and meetings to dentists and their teams, other healthcare groups and small businesses all over the world, helping them implement systems that are simple, intuitive and inexpensive that result in happier, more productive, profitable places to be. Because ‘Success is All About Relationships’.
Success = Systems + Consistency + Mindset. What I teach changes how we meet, greet, treatment plan and schedule patients. How we hire, train and lead teams. And how we market internally and externally. As a result of my work, relationships are developed and deepened, marketing is more effective, treatments plans are accepted, sales grow, work transforms and people’s lives improve.
I also lecture and teach dental teams about Sleep Disordered Breathing in my lecture, “Every Breath You Take. Sleep Disordered Breathing for the Team” And I have an emotional keynote talk, The People In Your Life Are A Gift, with attendant workshops that are a great way to start, or end a conference.
