Taylor Anderson

Taylor Anderson is General Counsel at eAssist Dental Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience advising emerging and established companies on a broad range of business and legal matters. His expertise includes corporate formation and governance, financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution, along with real estate and employment matters such as compliance and contract development. Taylor began his legal career at a Salt Lake City law firm where he became a partner, later co-founding his own firm before joining eAssist in 2019, where he supports the organization’s legal strategy and business operations.
