Worst Claim Story- February 2018

I have a worst claim story involving a well known insurance company. It’s actually a group of claims that were paid, but the insurance had the wrong practice address on file, so they were not receiving the checks. It took me THREE months of faxing, calling, emailing, (crying!!!!) and finally I got an email from a supervisor in the credentialing department and sent her the information. Once she received my email, the address was updated two weeks later and the office got paid!!!
