Summer is the time of year we think of enjoying the long days of sun and recreation with friends and family. Eight months past the winter and the first of the year when our focus was on new year’s resolutions and making some needed changes for the better of our practices. In reflecting on those resolutions were any changes made in your practice? Are they working? Did you plan but not execute the changes? Here is some sage advice from Stephen R. Covey’s book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to ponder: * “If we want to change a situation, we first have to change ourselves. And to change ourselves effectively, we first have to change our perceptions.” pg.18* I wish you change that helps you to grow and to achieve your own vision of success.
