Eagle CO, April 2021 – Dr. Summer Kassmel and the Teams at Avon Dental and Castle Peak Dental are eAssist’s most recent recipients of the Top Practice Award. This honor is awarded each month to two exceptional eAssist clients who embody the values of integrity, expertise and grace, while providing exemplary patient care, running efficient operations, and giving back to their communities. Presented to the practice as a whole, the award recognizes the need for a cohesive unit to run a practice to the highest standards.
Dr. Summer Kassmel attended Fort Hays State University before attaining her doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2002. She practiced in Greeley CO, before making the Vail Valley her permanent home in 2004. Dr. Kassmel is an active member of numerous dental associations, and local study groups. She is the state’s only GP Platinum Plus Level Invisalign Provider and has over 500 hours of continuing education hours. She has attended Dawson Center for Advanced Studies, as well as TruDenta Occlusal and Headache Academy.
Dr. Kassmel has grown the business to include an impressive team of 6 doctors and 21 staff offering more comprehensive services and extended hours at two locations. Despite this growth, they remain committed to treating each patient as an individual and helping them achieve their personal goals for a healthy and beautiful smile.

Special pediatric rooms are designed to be especially kid-friendly and allow for parents to sit in with their child during the appointment.
