Dr. Paul Lounsberry graduated from dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1984, opening Balcones Family Dental in 1995. In keeping with his high standard of excellence for himself and the practice, he is dedicated to continuing education and training to stay abreast of the latest technologies and techniques in dental care. Dr. Lounsberry serves as Restorative Advisor in a local study club and is a member of numerous dental associations and societies. He and his family are active in the community, participating in frequent fundraising events, including one he co-founded for Texas Baptist Children’s Home in Round Rock, TX nearly 30 years ago.

Originally from Dallas, Dr. Ross Maddox earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Texas State University and is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He joined Balcones Family Dental in 2011. Like his colleague, Dr. Maddox stays on the cutting edge of dental advancements through continuing education, and by being active in a local study club for aspiring dentists, and other dental organizations.
