Dr. Jim DiMarino holds both a dental degree and a master’s in education from the University of Pennsylvania, and has built a dynamic career at the intersection of clinical dentistry, education, and industry innovation. After completing a General Practice Residency, he became a solopreneur while simultaneously consulting as a Dentrix and Schick trainer and pioneering the use of advanced dental technologies. A patented inventor, trainer, publisher, and lecturer, Dr. Jim has presented nationally and internationally in Japan, Germany, the UK, Poland, Mexico, and Finland. He has spent over a decade in the dental insurance industry, serving as a dental consultant, State Dental Director, and National Dental Insurance Director. In 2018, he became an AADC Certified Dental Consultant, and in 2022, was appointed CEO of Practice Booster. In 2024, he was approved for Fellowship by the Board of Regents of the American College of Dentists. His leadership experience also includes serving as Director of Medical Affairs for GlaxoSmithKline—supporting brands like Sensodyne, Pronamel, Biotene, and Aquafresh—and as Director of Clinical Affairs for Premier Dental, where he led product launches, training programs, and key opinion leader engagement initiatives.
